I made a work which has been brought out by a publishing
house or a magazine: may I participate?
Art. 12 in the Regulations states that the multimedia
works should be mainly unpublished, but whether your work
is published or not won't be determinative. We will not
raise any issue of copyright. But be sure nobody else
raises a copyright issue (see Art. 12), because if the
copyright belongs to a publishing house or to somebody
else, then you could have problems. It is better for you
to ask your publishing house or whoever else for a written
authorization to participate: they should not deny it
because it could also be advantageous for them.
