I am thinking of submitting my Website, can I simply send
the URL?
No, it will be against our regulations, which require
that you send us copy of your work via FTP (up to 250
Megabytes) or email (up to 20 Megabytes). This to give
the same opportunity to who has its work published on
the Web, but also to who has its work stored on the computer.
When (hopefully in a couple of years) we will all have
our Website, then we will all be competing equally, and
it will be possible to register simply by sending the
URL.
