Communications Technologies (ict). The aim is
to contribute to the achievement of the goal of
gender-balance in decision-making in the ICT private
sector, in companies and industry associations.
Another important theme of the Global Junior Challenge
2004 will be the fight at the "Digital Divide" trough
an innovative use of the information technologies
to reduce the poverty in the poor and disadvantaged
countries in the world.
